Meet Carol Cobia

Carol has owned and successfully operated Paradise VIP Management since September 2008. Carol also has owned her own vacation property in Wailea since 2004. She understands what it takes to maintain high-end units, and keep them rented. She is also an experienced Concierge, well versed in all aspects of the travel industry, and servicing guests needs with the Spirit of Aloha. - Fight Attendant for United Airlines for 25 years

Carol flew International flights, giving her the chance to meet people from all over the world, becoming acquainted with a wide variety of cultures. - We take a written and visual inventory when we represent you on the first visit. Then our team inspects your home before and after each stay.
- We emphasize Web-based marketing, an online reservation system and a continuing effort to maximize search engines in order to bring together your property with the customer.
- When needed, repairs and maintenance are performed immediately to ensure your home remains in first-class condition and your investment is protected.
- We charge a 20% commission on bookings we make and a 10% commission on bookings you refer to us.
- We offer online booking for guests and yourself.
- We take all major credit cards.
- We are highly motivated to keep your place booked.
- We have VIP/Concierge Services available during your stay or your guests where your every wish is anticipated.
